Rhema enjoyed seeing all the colorful leaves and would say “look at all the colors” as we would drive around the mountains. We used our drive around everyday to talk about Fall and all that is wonderful about this wonderful Season.
We even collected a bag of leaves of all colors and sizes that Rhema could hold and experience. I’m thinking of trying to press them and then make some craft with her of the fall leaves from our trip. I miss the mountains so much and even though I know we are exactly where God would have us, I still miss our life in Tennessee. Rhema is thriving here in Alabama and we LOVE being with our family, but it still wonderful to go for a visit (even if it’s medical related) and see where Rhema was born. My prayer is that every year we get to take her back to Tennessee to visit the area, see our friends and experience Fall in all it’s glory. There are so many wonderful folks who still keep in contact with us, praying and supporting us; my desire is that Rhema know them as she grows and benefit from their love and involvement in her life.
Alabama may be my home, but Tennessee will always be in my heart! Many, many thanks to the families and medical professionals who took the time to see us while we were in Tennessee! There are not enough words to describe how much we love you all and are grateful that you are in our little girl’s life! May the Lord richly bless you all for your kindness and support!
