Rhema had her first trip to Auburn last week! It was a day of memories for me as I reminisced about taking my two sons there when they were young boys. My sons were blessed to have rare access to the stadium field where they ran the whole length of the field wearing their orange and blue and then crawled like Tigers toward the goal line; a sight and memory I will never forget!! Now, my Auburn memories have a new entry… watching my baby girl, wearing her Auburn cheerleader outfit, crawl like lightening around the trophy room, on the orange and blue carpet, beneath the National Championship Trophy! She was born the year of the Big Win, 2010, and she and I watched that awesome game together. Rhema does not remember watching and rooting for our Tigers when we won the National Trophy, as she was only a few month old, but it is a game I will never forget. Now, my precious Rhema, my miracle baby, has been to Auburn and got to see the National Championship Trophy, taste Toomer’s lemonade and yes, we even said a prayer for our beloved Toomer’s Corner Oaks. 🙂
What a wonderful day for an Auburn Tiger momma and an Auburn Tiger Rhema!
